James W. Constable, Esq. is appointed Vice-Chairman of the Maryland Environmental Trust and is re-elected President of The Manor Conservancy, Inc. Mr. Constable begins his third year on the board of the MET, which works with landowners and citizen land trusts to protect Maryland's most treasured landscapes and natural resources as a legacy for future generations. Mr. Constable is a founding member of The Manor Conservancy and has served the organization as President and Chairman since its inception in 1993. The Manor Conservancy has been instrumental in protecting thousands of acres in Maryland by organizing and accepting easement donations, assisting landowners in selling development rights, and locating buyers to purchase threatened land.
