WC&S Continues its Tradition of Leadership in the City Bar Association.

The 2008-2009 bar year for the Bar Association of Baltimore City is off to a great start with Partner Mary Alice Smolarek serving as President-Elect and Chair of the Long Range Planning Committee, Associate Meighan G. Burton is Chair-Elect and Co-Chair of the Events Committee of the Young Lawyers' Division, Associate Mollie G. Caplis is Co-Chair of the Membership Committee of the Young Lawyers' Division and also serving as a Member of the Board of Governors of the Maryland State Bar Association, and Partner Bob Hesselbacher has been reappointed Chair of the Fee Arbitration Committee.
