WC&S Partner Robert Hesselbacher has been named a Charter Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.

(LCA,www.trialcounsel.org), a newly formed national honorary society of trial lawyers. Membership in the Academy, which is by invitation only, is intended to recognize attorneys who have been determined to have been effective and accomplished in litigation and are of high ethical reputation.
